Vertex Flow Systems provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools designed for agile sprint management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to you.

In no event shall Vertex Flow Systems, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
